The original multitracks for IFL are presumed lost. When official remixes were done in 1995, the studio multitrack tape could not be found. For those remixes, the vocals were re-recorded. Here, through the marvel of today's technology, the original lead and backing vocals are used. The rest of the backing track is a recreation of the original, not meant to be 100% clone, but also uses a couple of judicious short samples from the original. My intention was to keep the same feel and vibe of the original and NOT try to make it sound like a clone of 21st century EDM. I also took a little inspiration from the Patrick Cowley version. I hope you enjoy this new version and video!
